By submitting this form you agree to the following.

If any speaker says that all or any part of his paper is not for publication, regardless of the words he uses to make that point, you will not print or broadcast his comments. If a session is indicated to be in closed session or subject to the Chatham House Rule you will immediately leave the room and will not enquire of any person who has attended that session as to the content of that session. 

You will not approach any speaker within the Forum Venue for comment without prior arrangement and clearance from the Forum Secretariat. You may make that request in advance upon submission of this form or, until three working days prior to the commencement of the Forum via the contact form on this website. During the Forum, application should be made with the Secretariat reception desk.

Media admission to coffee / tea breaks is gratis. Media admission to lunch is not included in the media pass. Media is not admitted to social events except on payment of the admission fee.

If copies of speeches are made available to the media, you will check them against delivery.

If you record audio or video within the Forum or take photographs, a copy of the recording or photographs must be provided free of charge to the Forum with a licence to use all or part of it in such way as the Forum thinks fit.
